1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PayPerMeet website and services ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PayPerMeet.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 20 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Not have been previously banned or removed from the Platform

3. Account Registration and Security

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use only one account per person

4. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

By using the Platform, you agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Solicit or offer sexual services in exchange for compensation
• Share sexually explicit content on public portions of the Platform
• Collect or harvest user information without consent
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools on the Platform
• Post content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Engage in spam, phishing, or deceptive activities

5. Profile Verification and Content

You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant PayPerMeet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

All registered members are required to complete our identity verification process. A verification badge confirms completion of the required checks, but it does not guarantee a member's intentions, conduct, or future behavior.

6. PPM Agreements

PayPerMeet provides a platform for members to connect and communicate. We do not:

• Set, negotiate, or enforce PPM terms between members
• Process or facilitate payments between members
• Guarantee the outcome of any agreement or connection
• Verify the financial capability or claims of any member

All PPM agreements are private decisions between consenting adults. Members enter into them at their own discretion and risk.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The PayPerMeet name, logo, design, and all content provided by us are our exclusive intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our intellectual property without our express written consent.

9. DMCA Notice

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content on our Platform infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to dmca@paypermeet.org with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate
• Your physical or electronic signature

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayPerMeet and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any interactions with other members. We provide the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your Account Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
